Not all websites are able to run the special commands ZipDeploy issues to them. Due to the large variety of server enviroments in the Internet, ZipDeploy will not run on all configurations. Though, about 80% of servers support ZipDeploy.

Does my hosting provider support ZipDeploy acceleration? 

We simply don't know. You will have to try. Get the trial version of ZipDeploy and make a test run!
